Job Summary:
Maple Leaf Financial Advisory seeks a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, financial forecasting, quarterly reporting, and strategic business planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budget variance analyses, and cash flow projections
- Build financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with department leaders to monitor KPIs and recommend profitability improvements
- Assist with annual audits and tax compliance reporting
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA/CFA candidate preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or financial planning (FP&A)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial forecasting software
